Hapman, a leader in the design and manufacturing of powder and bulk solids material handling equipment, has named Bill Payne of BHE, Inc., representative of the year for 2009. Based in Ludington, Mich., BHE, Inc. achieved gold status with Hapman servicing Michigan and Northern Indiana.

Paul Gordon and Chad Evans of ESP Partners, Inc., in Fleetwood, Penn., were recognized as bronze club members.
