Feeder augers/nozzle options
Hapman's PosiPortion™ feeder has a broad selection of easy-to-change out auger options including flat, square, or round; with or without a center core. A molded hopper nozzle exits the feeder enclosure, permitting application without extension. This greatly simplifies attachment of nozzle extensions, when required.

The Hapman PosiPortion™ feeder incorporates AC inverter duty gear motors and a roller chain drive system that will start under heavy load.

Reinforced hopper design
The PosiPortion™ feeder's removable hopper incorporates steel reinforced flanges. Molded into the feeder's flexible hopper, the flange enables it to retain its shape, maximizing its capacity, ease of handling and storage. We are so confident of the hopper durability that we offer a five year limited warranty against premature hopper failure during normal use.

Tubular frame construction
The PosiPortion™ feeder features a heavy-duty tube frame construction vs. folded steel designs others may offer. The tubular frame adds strength and stability, and the ability to support loads such as hopper extensions, airlocks, refill conveyors and hoods.

PosiPortion™ feeder weigh systems
Hapman offers two options for gravimetric loss-in-weight (LIW) feeding applications. PosiPortion™ feeders may be specified with an integrated load cell system or an independent platform scale. Precise LIW control can be provided using standalone microprocessor-driven instruments or using a multi-feeder PLC approach.

PosiPortion™ feeder/season spreader
The Hapman PosiPortion™ feeder can be equipped with specially designed, elongated distribution nozzles, satisfying a broad array of general spreading and seasoning applications. This feature is excellent for extending into a coating drum, distributing product across a moving belt or keeping a long surge hopper evenly filled.
