The new Hapman Bulk Bag Filler provides efficient 3-sided access to bulk bag filling operations. Features a unique cantilevered design and options which allow increased process rates and reduced labor cost. With it's heavy gage carbon steel tubing construction, reinforced by crossbeam design, the standard unit is a great platform on which to add the options to make it a perfect fit in any powder and bulk solids production process. With the basic unit (as shown) bulk bags can be brought in and out with a forklift. Add a few time saving options, and the bags can be moved through with a roller conveyor transport system. Powered lifting/lowering systems, advanced weigh controls and manual or powered bag height adjustments are just a few of the labor saving options which may be specified.
