Self-cleaning gate

Our exclusive self-cleaning discharge gate swings completely open, providing 100% discharge—no trapped material. The gate door curves to the radius of the tube, unlike flat gates, there is no gap for material to gather.

Operates dust-free

The completely sealed system keeps the material where it belongs, eliminating toxic or flammable spillage, odors and airborne dust that create hazardous work areas.

Vibration for ensuring product flow

Mechanical vibration can be added to assure complete discharge of materials. A simple offset weight and hammer system taps on the top of the flights dislodging any stubborn materials.

Starts under load

Our tubular conveyor uses a heavy-duty chain. This allows for starting and stopping under load day in and day out.

Available chain/flight options

Several chain designs are available to meet your specific needs. Chains are available in either carbon steel or stainless steel. Flights are available in a selection of materials to meet the specific requirements of the application.
